Finding a tenant for your property is only the beginning of being a Landlord. Making sure your tenants can pay their rent and look after your property is paramount. We can advise you on achievable rental values, referencing, agreements, and ongoing property management.

We maintain a high professional standard of customer care and our office is registered with ARLA Propertymark. We are members of the DPS for deposit protection and also The Property Ombudsman Scheme for letting agents.

As a member of Arla Propertymark, we have Client Money Protection (CMP) and professional indemnity insurance alongside The Property Ombudsman's redress scheme. Arla Propertymark promotes the highest standards in residential lettings and only ARLA Propertymark members who meet the qualification requirements are able to display the logo.

We offer three levels of service for Landlords;

2) Tenant find service plus rent collection
3) Tenant find service plus full property management

Our first-class property management service is handled in-house at our Bexleyheath Office. We feel the service we can provide in-house is far greater than that of a third-party management provider.

Step by Step Journey

Step 1

Obtain a free Valuation

One of our experienced valuers will come and visit you to discuss through what we offer and how we can make sure we find the best tenant for you.

Step 2

Marketing and Viewings

You will need to contact our lettings team to begin marketing your home, we will take professional photos. The property will then be launched to the UK’s two main property portals Rightmove & Zoopla plus our own website.

Step 3

Organise Gas Safety, Electrical Test and EPC

These above are legal requirements whilst letting out your home. We have trusted contractors that we have worked with for years who we can organise to carry out these obligations on your behalf.

Step 4

Finding Suitable Tenant

Once we think a suitable tenant has been found we will give you a call to discuss their situation, if you’re happy then we can start our referencing process.

Step 5

Reference Checks

We use a professional tenant referencing company that carry out all the necessary checks to make sure we find the best tenant for your home. In depth credit checks will be carried out along with proof of income, landlord reference (if applicable) and check for any CCJ’s.

Step 6

Inventory & Tenancy Agreement

Once the referencing is passed we will then organise a move in date with the tenant and then begin a pictorial inventory. Our inventories are in depth with date stamped photographs. Usually an initial 12 month contract would be agreed and in place ready for signing.
